Q:	Can I visit your shop?
A:	We do not have a retail shop as we keep our costs as low as possible to keep our prices the same. We do have a warehouse in Cambridge and customers can visit and choose an instrument from our vast range. Contact us using our contact form to arrange a date and time.

Q:	How can we be sure that we are getting a quality instrument when it is so much cheaper than elsewhere?
A:	We have an office in China that visits the manufacturers and buys direct in bulk. Quality control is carried out in our China office so all the instruments are tested before despatch. The instruments are then shipped to our warehouses in the UK, North America and Australia for sale direct to the public. There are no middlemen involved so you can buy at less than trade price.

Returns

Q:	What happens if the instrument is unsuitable for me?
A:	We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations that state that you must have at least 7 days to decide that you do not want a mail or internet order and return it. We give you 14 days to make this decision provided the instrument is returned is original condition in its original packaging.

Educational Discounts (AIPS)

Q:	We are a school/college, can you supply to us exclusive of VAT?
A:	Discount Musical Instruments Ltd are registered to offer the Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme (AIPS) which enables schools and colleges to purchase instruments exclusive of VAT for pupils use – please see our 'Educational Discounts (AIPS) Section' for further details and information pack.
